I need my order quick! What should I do?

1. You should put your order though this site
    - we can process orders quickly this way
    - most orders received before noon Tues-Fri can be processed and sent on the same day
      (except days following a UK National holiday)
2. During checkout, select (if available) either :
   Royal Mail Special Delivery or Interlink Express
    - we have daily collections from Royal Mail and Interlink
   
   
3. During checkout, beneath the "shipping" option there is a "Special Order Instructions" box,
   type in there that you need it ASAP.
    - we will know that your order is urgent

Note:
You can select "Collect at door" if you are able to collect from us (in Dunmow, Essex) and
either pay cash at the door or prepay via BACS
- we cannot accept card/PayPal if goods are collected at the door
