eg. If you ordered during the weekend,
please call us Monday before 9am (or Tuesday before 9am if the Monday is a UK Bank Holiday)

Please have your order number ready to quote us,
and any relevant stock reference numbers that need changing.

We process orders very quickly so calling us is the best option.
